Guests participating in BC Ski Guides trips or courses are will be required to complete a COVID-19 health declaration:
Within the past 14 days, I have not experienced any of the COVID-19 symptoms listed by the BCCDC (http://www.bccdc.ca/health-info/diseases-conditions/covid-19/about-covid-19/symptoms): Fever, Chills, Cough or worsening of chronic cough, Shortness of breath, Sore throat, Runny nose, Loss of sense of smell or taste, Headache, Fatigue, Diarrhea, Loss of appetite, Nausea and vomiting, Muscle aches, Stuffy nose, Conjunctivitis (pink eye), Dizziness, confusion, Abdominal pain, Skin rashes or discoloration of fingers or toes.
To the best of my knowledge, I do not have COVID-19, or any variant of the novel coronavirus COVID-19, nor have I had it within the past 14 days.
Within the past 14 days, to the best of my knowledge, I have not been exposed to anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19.
I have not travelled outside Canada during the past 14 days.
NOTE: Guests who are are unable to complete or meet the conditions outlined in the above health declaration, will not be allowed to participate in the course or trip. No refunds or credits will be provided. However, if you are sick or have been exposed to COVID-19, we will do our best to reschedule your booking to a different date if we have availability this season.
